Mondia Media, a key player in digital content distribution and telecom integrations, delivers entertainment platforms to millions of users across the EMEA region. With operations spanning Germany to the UAE, they faced the growing challenge of scaling development for both established systems and new product lines – all while managing distributed teams and complex regional requirements.
Mondia was looking for a new service provider – one that could offer deep integration, great transparency, and tight alignment with their German-led development processes.
We began the partnership in early 2019 with a small front-end team working alongside Mondia’s Egypt office, focused on maintaining and modernizing white-label mobile/web shops for telco clients. These solutions supported up to 30-40 tenants – covering diverse regional needs in design, content, and infrastructure.
Our scope quickly expanded across their engineering organization, encompassing the following areas: Frontend, Backend, Mobile (Android/iOS – Native), QA (manual + automation), and DevOps (hourly basis support for niche roles).
In 2020, our integrated team became the core development team for Monsooq, a greenfield content platform. We provided full-time staff for frontend, backend, mobile, QA, and design.
